We process the personal data you provide to us, along with some that is collected automatically:

  • Quote / contact form data: your name, email address, phone number and any information you include about your project (service type, message and other form answers).
  • Technical data: your IP address and request details, used in a limited way to protect the form from spam and automated submissions.

We do not collect special categories of data, and we do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making.

  • Responding to your enquiry for a quote, information or contact, and managing any pre-contractual or contractual relationship that follows. Legal basis: your consent and/or taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract.
  • Website security: preventing fraudulent or abusive use of the form. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website.

4. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and, where applicable, for the duration of our business relationship. After that, it is retained only for as long as required by applicable legal obligations, after which it is deleted.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. To deliver this service we rely on providers acting as data processors:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and anti-spam protection (Turnstile).
  • Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — sending the emails generated by the form.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, such transfers are protected by the appropriate safeguards provided for under data protection law (such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).

6. Cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It may only use technical or security cookies needed for the form to work (for example, Cloudflare Turnstile's anti-spam verification when you interact with it).

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time, and you may withdraw any consent you have given. To do so, email us at hello@dublindecopainting.ie stating which right you wish to exercise.
